About the experience

The entire experience is guided by professional instructors with complete safety equipment and routes tailored to the river conditions and group profile, including options suitable for children.
What's included
Includes complete rafting gear, helmet, life jacket, thermal clothing, professional guide supervision, and transportation from base to base.
What's NOT included
Photos and videos from the experience are not included in the activity price. Separate photo documentation services can be arranged for an additional fee.
What to bring
We recommend bringing swimwear, towel, flip-flops, sunscreen, and a change of dry clothes after the activity. It is recommended to use waterproof cases for electronics and phones. Personal items are the responsibility of the participant throughout the experience.
Itinerary
The experience begins with reception at the operational base and preparation of safety equipment. Before the activity, participants receive comprehensive instructions on paddling techniques, rafting operation, and river safety procedures.
Then, you’ll descend through rapids amidst preserved nature, alternating moments of adrenaline with calmer stretches for group observation and enjoyment. Throughout the entire journey, guides ensure your safety and enhance your experience.
At the end of the activity, the group returns to the base to conclude the tour.
Restrictions and requirements
The activity is subject to weather and river conditions to ensure safety throughout the entire course. It is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or any health issues that may compromise safety during the activity.
Children can participate starting at age 3 on specific routes adapted according to their age, river level, and day's conditions.

Policies
If your booking is canceled by you, the deposit will not be refunded.
Should the tour be canceled on the day of your reservation due to weather conditions or another reason beyond your control, it will be rescheduled for the next available dates.
If the customer cannot reschedule, they will be refunded 90% of the deposit due to administrative costs.
