What to bring
We recommend comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes with good traction, sunscreen, and a water bottle. Personal items and electronics are the participant's responsibility during the entire activity.
Itinerary
The experience begins with the team's reception and preparation of safety equipment. Before starting the circuit, participants receive instructions on how to use the equipment, understand the functioning of the safety lines, and learn basic techniques for completing the course.
Next, you'll start the arborist circuit with suspended crossings between trees, obstacles, and platforms at various difficulty levels. The activity also includes zipline descents, offering nature views and lots of fun throughout the experience.
Restrictions and requirements
The activity is suitable for children aged 3 and up and adults under 1.90 meters and 100 kg. The circuit spans approximately 320 meters, featuring 14 suspended obstacles, a 70-meter zipline, and a final 120-meter zipline that returns directly to the base.
The average duration of the experience is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, and prior training is not required to participate. The activity can also be completed by individuals with visual disabilities with appropriate team accompaniment.

Policies
If your booking is canceled by you, the deposit will not be refunded.
Should the tour be canceled on the day of your reservation due to weather conditions or another reason beyond your control, it will be rescheduled for the next available dates.
If the customer cannot reschedule, they will be refunded 90% of the deposit due to administrative costs.
